Bass fishing by spinner bait lure

I tried fishing in spring with spinnerbait. The place is bottled water in Cheongju city. It was the first place I went to this place. Using a spinnerbait, while slowly reeling, I get hooked and get hooked. After that, I switched to Minnow and Spooner to continue fishing, but I could not get the bite.
