A Spicy Dish Made From A Smelt Caught By Ice Fishing

Today I came to Chuncheon for the third smelt ice fishing this season. The first smelt fishing was done in Jichon-ri, but this place is Owol-ri point. The ice was frozen thicker than it was then. I hit the cube tent and started fishing in it warmly. The smelt fishing gear was set as the final gear. The depth was about 2.6m and I checked the fish through the dipper fish finder. I used maggot bait to fish, but smelt was caught well. The smelt caught today made a smelt dori bang bang after a long time. It was made using beef stir-fried red pepper paste, and it was delicious at all times.
